Hans Fischer is driven by a deep knowledge of ceramics and a remarkable sense of creativity.

The peculiarity of Hans's style is the incision of the plates as if they were ancient rock engravings on the walls of a cave. No two dishes are the same, which is a result of a slow-craft work.

The artist painted these dinner dishes with his artistic vision of the female and male natures of the human being, as suggested by the name Venere e Marte, Venus and Mars. If it is true that “Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus”, these dinner plates by Hans Fischer create the perfect opportunity to test this theory. Invite your closest friends and their significant others to dinner, and bring up in conversation the differences between the two planets. Looking carefully at each image depicted in the pink and blue dinner plates, you'll have many stories to tell and interpretations to give for a fun and entertaining dinner.

As with all of the Hans’s collections, the Venere e Marte ceramic plates are highly durable, strong and unique.

The Venere e Marte dinner plate is part of a dinner set including soup & pasta bowls and side plates, all decorated with the same theme.
